These Terms explain the rules for using DragonX VPN, including Guest, Free, and Premium access. By using DragonX VPN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using DragonX VPN

  • You must use DragonX VPN responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.
  • You are responsible for the activity performed through your account, device, and VPN connection.
  • You must not use DragonX VPN for spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal content, attacks, service disruption, or activity that harms other users, networks, or services.

Accounts and access

  • DragonX VPN may support Guest, Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra access. Features, limits, server access, device limits, and plan durations may vary by account type.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device access secure.
  • We may suspend, limit, or remove access when we detect abuse, policy violations, payment issues, security risks, or unusual usage.

Free access and advertisements

  • Guest and Free access may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, session limits, data limits, and fair-use controls.
  • Rewarded ad access may be required before starting or continuing free VPN sessions.
  • Ad availability depends on third-party ad providers and may vary by device, country, network, and inventory.

Premium plans

  • At this stage, DragonX VPN does not process paid plan purchases inside the Android app through Google Play Billing.
  • Premium access is manually reviewed and activated by DragonX VPN administrators after payment or support confirmation through official DragonX VPN channels.
  • Plan prices, package durations, device limits, and service features shown in the app or website are informational and may require admin confirmation before access is activated.
  • Plan changes, corrections, refunds, cancellations, and manual adjustments are handled by admin support and may depend on payment status, usage, local rules, and support decision.
  • When Google Play Billing or another official checkout is enabled in the future, premium purchases may be handled through that supported purchase flow.

VPN service limitations

  • VPN performance depends on your device, network, location, server availability, third-party network conditions, and maintenance.
  • DragonX VPN does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speed, specific latency, access to every website or app, or availability in every region.
  • Servers, routing, protocols, features, and app configuration may be changed to improve stability, security, or compliance.

Privacy and account deletion

  • Your use of DragonX VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, usage, sharing, retention, and deletion.
  • If your account was created in the app, you can request account deletion through the Account Deletion page or by contacting support.
  • Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment history, tax, audit, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Changes to the service

  • We may update these Terms, app features, pricing, limits, and service rules from time to time.
  • Continued use of DragonX VPN after changes means you accept the updated terms.
