Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
DragonX VPN respects user privacy and is designed to provide secure VPN access with account plans, server management, free ad-supported access, and premium access. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us or request deletion.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, login method, account ID, plan type, plan expiry, and support messages.
- Device and app information such as device ID, device name, platform, app version, login status, and device-limit records.
- VPN service metadata such as selected server, session start and end time, session duration, data usage amount, connection status, and disconnect reason.
- Manual payment and subscription records entered or adjusted by DragonX VPN administrators, including plan, duration, amount, status, confirmation notes, and adjustment reason. DragonX VPN does not currently process card or bank payment details inside the Android app.
- Advertising and app configuration information required to show or control banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads for Guest and Free users.
Information we do not collect
- DragonX VPN does not sell personal information.
- DragonX VPN does not intentionally inspect, record, or sell the content of your browsing activity, websites visited, DNS queries, messages, files, or app traffic content.
- VPN session metadata is used for service operation, abuse prevention, fair-use limits, and account support, not for selling browsing behavior.
How we use information
- To create accounts, support Google sign-in, manage login sessions, and identify Guest, Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra users.
- To enforce data limits, session limits, device limits, reward-ad access, premium access, and fair-use rules.
- To operate servers, diagnose connection problems, prevent abuse, protect the service, and improve reliability.
- To send app notifications, admin alerts, support messages, force-update notices, and account-related messages.
- To manage subscriptions, revenue records, corrections, refunds, and account plan changes.
Advertising
- Guest and Free users may see Google AdMob banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads. Paid users are intended to be ad-free unless an administrator changes ad settings.
- Google and its partners may process ad identifiers and related device information to provide ads and measure ad performance according to Google's policies.
- Rewarded ads may be required before starting or continuing free VPN access, depending on account status and app settings.
Sharing and third-party services
- DragonX VPN may use service providers for hosting, database, analytics, authentication, email support, Google sign-in, Google AdMob, and app distribution.
- We share only the information needed for those services to operate. We do not sell personal browsing activity.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our terms.
Retention and deletion
- Account, plan, payment, and support records are retained while your account is active and as needed for business, security, tax, audit, and legal purposes.
- Raw VPN session logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary. Older sessions may be archived into daily summaries or removed.
- You can request account deletion from the Account Deletion page. When deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize personal account information unless retention is required for security, abuse prevention, billing records, or legal obligations.
Security
- We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect account and service data.
- No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure, so users should also protect their account credentials and device access.
Children
- DragonX VPN is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Contact
- For privacy, account, or deletion questions, contact [email protected] or [email protected].
