DragonX VPN users can request account deletion at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what data may be deleted or retained.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] or [email protected] from the email address used in your DragonX VPN account.
  2. Use the subject line: DragonX VPN Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account email, login method, and a short confirmation that you want your account deleted.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize personal account information such as profile details, login records, device records, app account status, and personal support data where deletion is technically and legally possible.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment history, tax, audit, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary.

Processing time

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership. We may contact you if additional verification is required.
